The Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA) is a non-profit working to build a a stronger & healthier community!
We provide HIV testing, mental health, HIV prevention, and support services for people living with or at-risk for HIV/AIDS in LA and Orange Counties.
CAPOC changes people's lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes Orange County a better place to live.
