2) Promote energy conservation and increase energy efficiency in low-income housing conditions that results in cost savings and avert energy crisis through the Energy and Environmental Services Department, and
3) Promote collaboration and partnerships to support vulnerable families, develop and build strong vibrant communities that are healthy, economically strong, and where opportunities and equality is accessible to everyone through programs, services, and activities in the Community Partnership and Services Department.
