Total Athletic Development (TAD Sports) is the largest Sports Performance Center in Licking County. The facility is now over 20,000 square feet! 10,000 of that space is turfed training space to help build the complete athlete by focusing on sport-specific movements at game speed. They offer Long Term Athletic Development programs, Team Training, Strength Training, Facility Rental, Combine Testing and more. Their Long Term Development programs are continuously developing and refining the most current training techniques, enabling athletes to increase their overall speed, strength, explosiveness, agility and sport-specific ability.
TAD athletes compete in a wide variety of sports and are of diverse age ranges and skill levels. Therefore, they designed their training programs to be diverse to meet the needs of each athlete.
TAD Sports also offers professional instructors onsite for softball, baseball and soccer.
