Watson Electrical Construction Co. is excited to welcome John Van Vactor as our Director of Training & Development. John will work to create and implement a comprehensive training and development plan addressing both company goals and objectives as well as career path development. John comes to us with over 20 years of experience in workforce development, logistics and technology industries. He is a veteran having served in the US Air Force. He has extensive experience in the use of Learning Management Systems that can help us drive both efficiency and consistency in training across our company. John has worked with government agencies and private companies like Fed Ex delivering hundreds of training courses to thousands of employees across multiple locations. John’s experience will be a great asset as we build our training program. John has a son (Ronnie) and daughter (Erin) along with 5 grandchildren. John is an avid golfer and follows Penn State wrestling in his spare time. John and his wife Sue are both retired from the United States Air Force.
