Davey’s Eduardo Medina demonstrates how to conduct an aerial rescue with obstacles, so rather than making a direct, vertical descent, instead he descends at an angle. Medina conducted the session, along with Davey’s Don Roppolo, earlier this year with students of Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin. Roppolo and Medina will lead a presentation on aerial rescues next week at the International Tree Climbing Championship (ITCC) in Washington, D.C.
