CITIZEN COMMENT --- "When I came home today, there were City trucks in front of my house, and my heart sank. It was a water line break, and my home had no water! When I checked with the City workers, they were courteous, explained the problem, and even gave me a timeline for completion. Total professionals. Thank you City of Waco! They were awesome! Very courteous even though at the beginning I was upset. They should receive high praise for their PR skills!" - a happy customer The crews really appreciate comments from our citizens, as sometimes the day to day work goes unnoticed. We appreciate their work! #wacotx Act Locally Waco
