Business Listing Submission Guidelines

Business owners (or authorized employees of the the business) are encouraged to claim their business listing on Zappenin, either by adding a new listing or claiming an existing one.  It is free to do so.  Consultants and marketing agencies representing clients may also add listings, but must follow this process.

Guidelines

In either case, the following guidelines apply to all business listing submissions:

• Listings may only be submitted by the business owner, or an authorized employee of the business.  Zappenin accounts created to submit a listing must use legitimate social media account, not a fake one created only for this purpose.
• Businesses must be real and be the actual provider of the products or services offered.
• Businesses will preferably have a legitimate business address that is publicly viewable.
• Lead-generation businesses & websites are prohibited.
• Businesses that are 100% online are prohibited.

These are guidelines.  Zappenin reserves the right to change them as needed & evaluate business listing submissions on a case-by-case basis.  As a guiding principle, only "real" businesses-- ones where customers can visit or schedule an appointment with an employee & who directly provides the product or service-- are allowed on Zappenin.  Business listings and/or the Zappenin accounts that violate these guidelines will be suspended.
