Review By: Tony My AC went down on Sunday July 16th around 6:30pm. I called and got a hold of Jamie out of the Jamestown office. He said no problem that he would be out and see what's going on. Within 30 minutes he was here and 10 minutes later he had the issue figured out and I was back up and running again. Very impressed with his knowledge of AC work, he knew what to go for, had the part on the truck to fix it. Being able to call on someone after hours on a weekend is a good feeling. Customer for life.
