Out of all the High Peaks, Basin Mountain is known for its steep, rocky, and narrow ledges. But, a video says far more than words ever can, and this footage taken by IG's raider111 shows IG's lpier26 venturing along these sections. What was your experience like climbing Basin? How did it compare to the rest of the High Peaks?

Hiking the Copper Ridge Loop in North Cascades National Park might just be the backpacking trip of all backpacking trips, with its untouched, remote terrain, views of rivers, valleys, and glaciers, and steep climbs. Recently completing this trek, IG's emgrayy88 remarked: “I don't even know where to begin about North Cascades National Park. Just got back from 2.5 days/25.5 miles of the most strikingly beautiful terrain I have ever explored. Tired, aching, and covered in dirt, but with the most amazing memories to boot.” Have you ever backpacked along these trails?

t’s a big step to take your dog hiking along the trails, but it’s a whole other level when they can spend the night at camp, like IG's tiffnault_ does here with her furry companion. When do you think a dog’s ready to come along for an overnight? If your dog already accompanies you, where did you last go?

For New Englanders, spending a fall day at Acadia National Park is simply a local pastime: You’ve got to go at least once, if not a few times before winter kicks in, and set up a hammock, hike a trail, climb those cliffs, or explore the coastline. Are you excited to start exploring your favorite spots now that the weather is cooling off? |📷: IG's ntlprk_explr

Because of its vastness, you’ll have to explore Glacier National Park bit by bit, and as one step, some begin with the Helen Lake Trail. Alone, it’s an easy four-mile trek through an alpine valley, where you’ll spot bear grass this time of year, or those looking for a longer challenge – about 13 miles one way – begin the journey at the Chief Mountain Customs Trailhead. When you’ve been to Glacier National Park, did you spend some time on this trail? |📷: IG's mdagostino34
