We are celebrating Dental Hygienists Recognition Week! It takes a very special person to be a dental hygienist. It is only fitting that ours are given the recognition they so richly deserve. We are honored to work side by side with four dental hygienists that are truly ROCK-STARS🏆 in their operatories. Each day Lori, Denise B., Debbie, and Denise A. express their devotion through their hard work and continuing education. Our top-notch hygienists have a great passion for caring for their patient's oral and general health, they treat everyone like family. They have a unified mission to help our patients keep their teeth until their one hundredth birthday and beyond 🚀 by being devoted to a standard of excellence in their patients' personalized dental care. They genuinely care about our wonderful patients and treat everyone like family. Thank you Lori, Denise B., Debbie, and Denise A. for going above and beyond expectations and providing our family of patients with the utmost professional and advanced care.

Last week we celebrated Dental Assistant Appreciation Week. The Brooking's Team has a very special assistant, Karen, who has been a part of our dental family for over 15 years. She is our own version of the tooth-fairy, always sprinkling cheer around the practice. She is someone who is always putting the patients' needs first no matter how long the day is. She gives 110% in everything that she does, working chair-side, managing dental supply sales, educating future dental assistants, and especially when it comes to promoting healthy smiles! She is always willing to work and train hard to adapt to the ever changing world of dentistry. Her attention to detail and professionalism is truly a gift. We would like to thank her for her dedication to our practice and our family of patients. Thank you Karen! We would also like to thank our other Dental Assistant, Kacy. She is currently completing her basic training with the United States Air Force. We are very proud to have such an amazing team!

"All I Want for Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth" was written in 1944 by Donald Gardner while teaching music at public schools in Smithtown, New York. He asked his second grade class what they wanted for Christmas, and noticed that almost all of the students had at least one front tooth missing as they answered in a lisp. Gardner wrote the song in 30 minutes. Wishing all of our friends a joyous holiday season! All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth. (12/15/16). In Wikipedia.
