Deke's Auto Tech

It is so nice to have a auto repair business that you can trust with your vehicles. They always do a great job and I feel that what they are telling me is the best solution for whatever auto repair issue we are having. Facility is amazingly clean as well.

The thing I like about Deke's is how clean they keep the shop. So many auto repair shops are dirty, dusty & cluttered. Deke keeps his place pretty clean. It's hard for me not to believe that doesn't carry over to quality of work, which in my experience has been great.


Not being a motorhead, it's not easy for me to be confident in knowing a good shop from a bad one. One way I measure this is in how Deke's charges:

(1) I've never had a bill run over what they quoted & they always get my approval before doing most everything.

(2) For small things: add some fluid, replacing a clamp, taking the vehicle for a 15-20 min test drive-- they usually don't charge me.

(3) If they think they've fixed something and it turns out not to be, the usually don't charge for the follow up appointment.


This kind of stuff doesn't happen frequently. The work they do is superior. But it gives me peace of mind that this is how they approach standing behind the work they do.
