ATTENTION CLIENTS: There is a phishing scam going around where a foreign entity is claiming to be a third party survey group hired by us to conduct an informational survey. We have not hired anyone or anything of the sort. What these scams accomplish is listed below: a) By interacting with an email phishing scam, you're letting the original sender know that your email account is active and the spam bombardment will increase exponentially. b) By giving out your information you're subjecting yourself to fraud, identity theft and a whole slew of other bad things. c) By acknowledging the ad or interacting with it, you're subjecting your information to third-party black market data hunters, who can use it to take advantage of your online presence by being able to pose as yourself and do a lot of legal and financial scamming, which ultimately will fall back onto you. If you've encountered and interacted with phishing scams, either in pop ups or emails. be sure to check your credit report regularly for inconsistencies and change your account passwords to protect yourself and your investments. AGAIN - WE DO NOT SEND OUT CONSUMER SURVEYS OR HIRE ANY THIRD PARTY COMPANY TO HANDLE OUR BUSINESS, WE DO IT ALL OURSELVES. Be safe out there in cyberland - protect yourself.

There is some concern that a recent Windows 10 update broke the internet. There is a fix for this: If you can, download the latest patch. 1. Open a command line by clicking in your start menu search bar and type "cmd". This will bring up a command line. Open cmd.exe. 2. Type the following: ipconfig /release and press enter, then ipconfig /renew and press enter. 3. If that does not work, reboot your computer. Sincerely, Customer Service
Microsoft issued another patch on Tuesday that fixes the problem.
