We want to be clear that Chevron has zero tolerance for unlawful price gouging at all of our independently-owned branded stations, including Florida. Our fuel supply agreements with the suppliers of Chevron and Texaco stations in the state and elsewhere require them to comply with all laws, which was reinforced to distributors earlier this week. We strongly encourage consumers to report issues to Chevron at 855-285-9595 or the Florida Attorney General’s office. We are working closely with the Florida Attorney General’s office to ensure branded stations follow the law.
