North Pole City's Return Policy:
Returns or Echanges are accepted within 10 days of the date on the receipt. All items being returned will need to be in new/unused condition. All tags & packaging.

All sales are final on any discounted item, custom arrangements, Christopher Radko, Retired Department 56 items, and trees.

All pre-orders & lay-aways are all sales final.

Any return that is accepted will be refunded back on a credit/debit card or by company check. We do not give cash back on cash sales. If a credit/debit card was used to make a purchase, the refund can only be placed back on that card. If a check was used to make a purchase, we must wait 10 business days for the check to clear before we are able to issue a company check.

THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER DECEMBER 10TH.
