Council on Rural Services is a private, non-profit organization who embodies a commitment to increasing the life chances of people of all ages. It is our intention to use innovative learning programs to open the possibilities that exist in all of us to live an enriched life of purpose. The programs support our belief that the vitality and creativity of the learning experience is the essential element in achieving our mission.
Currently, most of our programs including early childhood, youth development, volunteer programs and social programs for older adults are offered in nine counties in West Central Ohio - Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Greene, Logan, Miami, Preble, Shelby and Van Wert.
