Just a little about my business. I work from 11 am to 9 pm weekdays and 1 pm to 6 pm on Saturdays. I started working on appliances after my day job in 2005, from 6 pm to 9 pm, that is where the name comes from. Since 2009 it's been a full time job. I no longer answer the phone on Sundays due to abuse. I did answer for emergencies but more and more people are calling just to schedule or ask non-emergence questions. Sunday is my day off. During my normal working hours I can not answer the phone while driving or when I am preforming a repair. This only leaves time to answer the phone between calls if I'm running on time. If this cannot be done I group my call backs around noon and at 6 pm. I run this business by myself, so sometimes it's hard to handle it all, especially on Mondays.
