Since 1896, Title Guaranty (TG) has grown to be a leading real property title insurance and escrow provider in Hawaii. Its name is well recognized as a stable, reputable company in the real estate industry.

Around 300 capable professionals are housed in 18 branches statewide. Its Main branch in downtown Honolulu serves as the hub, housing Escrow, Title, Administration, Executive Underwriting, and a Builder Services Division.

TG accomplishes this goal by maintaining an in-house title facility and researching records from various government offices. Complementing the use of technology are TG’s employees who go through intensive training before being deployed to the branches.
