Willer Tool is a family owned and operated tool and die business located in Jackson, Wisconsin. The shop was founded in 1967 by Jim Willer. Today his sons Kurt and Jim Willer Jr run the business as President and Vice President, in coordination with Gary Scheer (Project Manager).
Willer Tool is a 65-employee full service shop specializing in building plastic injection molds, die cast aluminum dies, contract machining (with large CNC equipment), white light scanning, gun-drilling and large surface grinding.
We provide specialized machining services for fabricators and machine builders with a variety of machines. These machines boast milling capabilities of 158" long and gundrill capabilites of 2-14" diameter X 95" long, and a suface grinder that is capable of grinding 66" X 100" long.
We also offer reverse engineering and inspection services.
