Lauren Plump, Morgan Engineering LLC was established in 1993 and is a professional consulting firm with experienced land surveyors, planners, and engineers. Morgan continues to grow in both size and the complexity of its projects.

Morgan’s personnel lend a broad spectrum of experience in the Engineering and Surveying fields. Areas of experience include: Title Surveys, Large Tract Surveys, Deed Research, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Subdivision Design, and Site Plan Design.

More specifically the divisions of Morgan include:
• Civil Engineering Division which provides planning, site design and permitting services to real estate development professionals and property owners throughout the east coast. This division has a long standing, proven record of accomplishment and produces results in a cost effective manner to maximize each client’s engineering investment. Clients include many of the region’s top commercial, residential, and industrial real estate developers.
• Residential & Commercial Sites Division is a one-call solutions provider for complete planning and design services for residential subdivisions and commercial site developments. Services include: survey, layout, road, sewer and water system design and the coordination of off-site utilities. Our proven track record demonstrates why our customer retention is second to none.
• Construction Layout Division includes our work in construction and building surveying, and is the early work to guide our clients in their construction of new structures such as roads or buildings.
