Founded in 1956, the Victor Valley Community Services Council (VVCSC) is a service collaboration that works to identify needs in the High Desert and then develop and deliver programs and services to meet those needs.
We serve the High Desert Region, including Apple Valley, Victorville, Phelan, Hesperia, Adelanto, and parts of Lucerne and Barstow. The VVCSC operates several programs currently and is interested in further development of new ways to serve the needs of seniors and other needy High Desert residents.
We have been successfully providing services for seniors, through a small grant from the Department of Aging and Adult Services for the County of San Bernardino. We would like to be able to extend our services further and continue to offer some of the programs for which we see an absolute need in the High Desert.
