A not-for-profit organization that is the leading agent for the conservation of the environment in Berks county. We are a land trust protecting over 6500 acres of open space, forest and farmland in Berks County. We do work directly on streams to insure high quality drinking water; we create trails; educate; and we have an urban greening initiative in the City of Reading where we currently have 10 community gardens.
