Hillside Family of Agencies (HFA) is a parent corporation headquartered in Rochester, NY. HFA is a nonprofit organization comprised of five affiliates: Hillside Children’s Center, Hillside Children’s Foundation, Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection, Snell Farm Children’s Center, and Hillside Service Solutions. HFA is a leading provider of child welfare, mental health, youth development, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, and special education services to children and families across Central and Western New York. HFA currently offers over 120 services in more than 40 locations across Western and Central New York and in Prince George's County, A staff of over 2,200 provides services to more than 12,000 families annually. It is HFA’s strategic intent to be the leader in translating research into effective practice solutions. Guided by a shared mission, all affiliates provide individualized services to youth and families through an integrated system of care.
Our affiliate structure allows us to share resources financially and administratively, optimizing expenditures, and allowing for more cost effective, efficient services. Under the HFA umbrella, our service affiliates work in concert toward achieving a mission and vision shared by all.
