The Growing Tree has been serving the community for 20 years. Our ministry is focused on serving children from ages two through twelve. Our method of teaching is the Learn-Through-Play curriculum program endorsed by the NAEYC. This program incorporates hands on learning techniques which develop social and cognitive skills, builds self confidence, engages children in new experiences and new environments, meets physical and mental challenges, practices new skills, and builds on skills previously learned. This curriculum provides a variety of teaching strategies and interactions which supports learning across all domains of development. Here at the Growing Tree the children meet Christ on a daily basis. They learn to pray before meals, worship and praise, attend church, and practice the fruits of the Spirit.
