In 1976, Donald R. Dobbins started a small rebar installation company called Eastern Steel Erectors (ESE). The company, originally located in Miami, Florida, moved to Columbus, Georgia around 1978.
The move was a great success and to help with the expansion of ESE, Don's wife Carole joined the team. Together they saw a huge potential in Structural Steel Erection and decided to add it to their list of services.
On May 7th of 1986, the company was incorporated under a new name to better reflect our area of operations, Composite Construction Systems.
Under the new structure, rebar installation was replaced with Infinity Building Systems. CCSI is one of the leading Light Gauge and Steel Erection companies in the southeastern We hold various state licenses, including our General Contractors licence in Florida.
For over 35 years CCSI has maintained it's quality and professionalism through long-term partnerships, increased safety standards, employee training and superior customer and employee relationships.
Today, Composite Construction Systems remains a family owned and operated company.
