Experience in all aspects of cutting, removal, hauling and disposal of hazardous trees. We have been directionally felling hazardous trees or removing trees by climbing, topping and dismembering in sections (with a crane if needed), for over 35 years. We have all the equipment necessary for this job.

Ray Taylor is the Partner of our Company and has over 40 years experience in tree assessment, recommendations, pruning, removal and disposal. He is responsible for contract, project management, record keeping and delegating authority.

Dennis B. Griffin is a Partner with over 15 years experience. He is responsible for managing the crew and subcontractors. He is also responsible for leading the morning 7:00am Tailgate crew meetings where safety and NAA/ISA skill training is discussed, as well what work will be completed on that day and during the week. The crew is reviewed to make sure they are healthy and able to perform the work required. All crew are professional, highly skilled with several years of experience in operating vehicles, equipment and in most cases trained for work and service in the tree industry. Each crew member is hired based on experience, willingness to continue learning, attitude and their willingness to be part of the whole team, most important they put safety first in all instances.

a) Education, background and experience of Senior Management; Ray Taylor is the majority stockholder in the Partnership. He has an associates degree and over 40 years experience in business, as a sole proprietor or managing partner. He retains an ISA Certification, which is subject to several hours of required classes to keep ISA Certification in good standing. He became an ISA Certified Arborist in 1996.

b) A life member of the International Society of Arboriculture. A student qualifier of Doug Dent's directional tree felling classes, sponsored by USDA and WAPA. We take yearly classes that are centered around heavy equipment and arbor related education.

c) The ability of Proposer to reduce and/or prevent the instances of fraud, waste and abuse.

Ray Taylor keeps documentation of all time, work done and accurate billing. The Office Admin tracks all paperwork within a database and performs normal office operations. A special part of the team to maintain records are long standing vendors that are a CPA, Insurance Company, Co-Signers and Vice President of a local bank that has been handling our accounts for over 30 years.

Our Subcontractor Plan: We subcontract less than 2% of our work. We provide all of our own operators and equipment to fulfill our obligations to this work.

Environmental Plan: Our Environmental Plan in respect to timber/forestry operations Incorporates section 610 of the regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA). This covers Fuels and Fuel Additives Regulations.

Our moral code of conduct will be evident. Unethical qualities will not be tolerated and closely monitored by management.
