East End House’s Core Programs include: • Child Care Program: A nationally accredited program for ages 0 to 5 that emphasizes literacy, STEM learning and the arts. • School Age Program: Accredited afterschool and summer programming for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. • Middle School Program: An accredited afterschool and summer program providing middle school youth with STEM learning, academic enrichment and mentoring relationships. • Senior Programming: Health and wellness seminars, exercise classes, social engagements and volunteer involvement for the elders in our community. • Emergency Food Program: A vibrant food pantry, Free Farmer’s Markets for seniors, and a Thanksgiving Turkey Basket Giveaway make sure everyone has access to healthy food. • Community and Family Engagement: Parent education classes, Family Playgroups, Crime Prevention Meetings and social gatherings for our community.
