How do we do what we do? We get most of our funds from regular, everyday people who sign up for our child sponsorship program. How does THAT work? In awesome ways! Child sponsorship connects two people — a sponsor with a generous heart and a child with significant needs — to create a transformative, impactful experience for both. In providing CI with long-term support, a sponsor helps create the foundation for a life beyond poverty. This connection fundamentally changes both of their lives. Sponsors are fulfilled knowing they are making a real difference and creating a ripple effect of positive change that will impact generations to come. Children are encouraged knowing they are cared about in a world that often says otherwise and in developing the life skills needed to break the cycle of poverty. It’s a win-win!
