Mazzant Painting & Disaster Restoration of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania is a 24-Hour Full-Service General Contractor specializing in Disaster Restoration. We were founded in 1976 by company President and retired Beaver Falls Police Officer, Robert Mazzant. We proudly service Western Pennsylvania and parts of Ohio in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional restoration and general contracting. We are a PA State Registered Contractor (PA010813) and we work for all major insurance providers.

We have a state of the art facility located in Beaver Falls, PA with a 24-hour full-service crew and we use only the most advanced equipment the Restoration Industry has to offer. We have several climate-controlled storage facilities in which we clean and pack damaged contents.

Bob Mazzant is certified by the Clean Trust (formerly known as the IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He also holds his EPA certification in Lead Rennovation (Certificate Number: R-I-18499-10-23912).

Julie Smith is our full-time Estimator and Project Manager. She is trained and certified in the most widely accepted estimating software, Xactimate 27. She holds the highest level of certification within Xactimate. This software allows us to create precise estimates for all of our customers, including floor plan sketches, 3D room views, photos and a complete price breakdown of labor & materials on a specific job.

Julie is also certified by the Clean Trust in Water Damage Restoration. She is trained to use the latest technology and equipment to monitor the drying progress of a job.

Julie is a graduate from West Virginia University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a Minor in Business Administration.

Linda Roy is our part-time Accounts Payable and Receivable administrator and Executive Assistant to Bob Mazzant. Linda has been working for the company since 2005. Prior to working for Mazzant Painting, Linda was employed by First National Bank of PA.

Mazzant Painting has a full-service crew that is certified by the Clean Trust ( formerly known as the IICRC -Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration) in moisture monitoring, structural drying/water extraction, odor/smoke removal, fire restoration, mold removal and carpet cleaning. Our staff is also trained and highly skilled in painting, drywall finishing, carpentry, roofing and all other related trades to the construction field. We use only quality materials and back our workmanship with a five year guarantee.
