Service & Installation

Control Tech's service & installation departments are one of the finest in central Indiana. All of our Vehicles are remote dispatched; this provides us with timely service. When our customers call us we have a live person answer the phone not a machine with a recording. Our customers are provided with a time that our service or install technicians will be at their home or place of business. If for some reason that we are behind schedule our dispatcher will notify the homeowner, we feel that this is very important in today's busy schedules. Control Tech provides 24-hour emergency service 365 days a year.

Estimates

All of our estimates for new equipment are free of charge. Our estimates give detailed information about the job, there is no hidden cost and all options for Auxiliary products and upgrades are provided on estimate with cost, this allows our customers to make their own decision if they want to add any additional options or upgrades. Our customer makes their own decision and there is no pressure to make the customer uncomfortable. Control Tech is locally and independently owned and operated, we employ certified installers (no subcontractors) to insure that the work we do meets or exceeds manufacturers specs.
