Randy even has a 1895 Studebaker freight wagon modified just the way Texas cattleman Charles Goodnight made his first chuckwagon in the 1860’s. When Randy’s not cooking he can be found speaking to various groups about Texas history, volunteering for the Boy Scouts, or competing in statewide competitions in chuckwagon cooking. He is a member of the American Chuckwagon Association. His keep the history of the working cowboy alive and preserve Texas history.
