Penny Kring (Heath) is the owner of Heath Photography. Penny has been photographing families, and their milestones and joys for over 34 years in the North Country area. Her well-trained company specializes in formal and informal Senior Portraits, Families, Newborns, & Weddings. Penny has a degree in Commercial Photography from Orange Coast College in California. Due to her love for families, she ended up with a business focused on the beauty of people rather than any commercial product. Most of her training was targeted on studio lighting. This intense training sets her apart from most. She has a great talent for the flow of light and how it best reflects her subjects. After many years of work she has acquired the knowledge and understanding of natural light and how to use this beautiful light to obtain the best results. Penny is extremely qualified when it comes to communication and making people feel comfortable. In a sometimes challenging profession, she has always been able to get an awesome portrait of every child. When customers bring their shy teenagers to her she makes them feel at ease and she shows young people how to “Be Brilliant” and confident in how they look. Penny takes great pride in knowing that she and her team help all families, young and old, to relax and enjoy themselves. She truly believes it's always about the experience!

The studio is nestled right in the heart of the land of lakes, Redwood, New York. They travel wherever the photos takes them. There isn't a job they would not tackle, no matter how demanding.
