SRT’s Facebook page is managed by SRT’s Corporate Communications department. SRT’s goals for using social media include:
- Establishing and building relationships with our members and customers, as well as potential customers.
- Marketing products and services.
- Promotion of the SRT brand.
- Responding to customer service, technical, or other customer inquiries received via social media channels.
- Promoting our work in the communities we serve.
- Engaging in promotional partnerships with other organizations and businesses.
- Promoting events or activities we are hosting.
- Promoting community events or activities with which we are involved.
Content posted by SRT on social media will not:
- Endorse any political party, candidate, or position on any controversial issue not directly related to SRT’s business.
- Express opinions on controversial social issues as if they were the position of the company or any of its employees or members.
- Include foul language, violence, risqué/adult humor, nudity, or any other material that may be inappropriate for children or potentially offensive to our members.
- Directly (by name) disparage competitors or other businesses.
Posts by others that contain the following will be removed at the discretion of SRT Communications:
- Rude, vulgar or demeaning language about any individual, organization or company.
- Violations of a person, organization or company's copyrights and/or trademark rights.
- Information considered proprietary by SRT Communications or another organization. (Companies who feel that content on this page contains information proprietary to said company should contact this page for removal).
