Dr. Kay has been in practice as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon since 1986. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, as well a the American College of Surgeons, the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, and the American Society of Laser Medicine.

Working in conjunction with Dr. Kay and his surgical team, our skin care team offers a wide variety of non-surgical procedures to correct, enhance, and rejuvenate the face and body. Our staff of highly experienced and knowledgeable skin care specialists work in a team approach under the medical direction of Dr. Kay. Contrary to the industry norm, our staff members have been with Perfection Plastic Surgery and Skin Care for an average of more than 10 years. Dr. Kay's commitment to continuing education ensures that our staff not only maintain the required laser certifications but develop advanced knowledge and skills in the rapidly expanding field of non-surgical skin care.
