In Washington, Iowa in the downstairs basement of a block long building on the northwest side of the square this establishment has potential to burn. Originally "The Soup Kitchen", a vision began and the initial investment occurred. The remodel of this space (and the entire building) was a huge undertaking and involved lowering an excavator to make everything to code. An incredible project. Unfortunately, there was no vision for food, and not enough drink to make it go. Second time around "The 207 Nightclub" made another try of getting it done. Their vision for food was a household fryer on a card table in a kitchen space with no ventilation. This also didn't make the cut. But 3rd time is the charm, and this is the aim:

Light Lunches Tuesday-Friday. Soups, Salads, Sandwiches and Sides, as well as appetizers and pizzas, with a modeled mix and match that will provide a perfect plate pairing for anyone's wishes. Mission:
To provide therapy in the form of food, drink, and music. To provide a simple quality product at a fair price. And to make a sandwich for you like I would make it for myself. With cheese on both sides of the meat! A must.
