Chabad started in Rabbi and Mrs. Mendel Rosenblum’s basement in 1998; relocating to larger spaces every few years to accommodate growth in programs and attendance. The current facility, a 15,000 square foot building purchased as a permanent center for Jewish Living and Learning in 2007
