Terry Ward (left) and Randy Reinhardt (right) of ABS are now certified Customer Communication Management (CCM) specialists after having completed training from Pitney Bowes. The two gentlemen earned their certificates after attending a recent two-day session in Peachtree, GA.

We are pleased to have received the 2016 GreatAmerica Premier Award from GreatAmerica Financial Services Corp. (and yes that's GreatAmerica in one word). The award recognized ABS for its "leadership qualities and long-term vision," according to Jennie Fisher, Senior VP and GM, Office Equipment Group.

Terry Ward, Director of Sales at Advantage Business Systems has been named the president of the Pitney Bowes Partner Council, an appointment that puts him in a position to help shape policies and programs that ultimately affect Pitney Bowes PB customers. Terry has been a member of the council for about a year. He describes the role as being a position of advocacy for Pitney Bowes channel partners of which ABS has been since it brought the line on in 2014. Terry’s duties in this post include conducting monthly meetings with other council members and the company’s national sales director, interfacing with channel executives on making decisions on new policies and programs, share and gauge partner feedback, evaluate partner council and recommend new members to enhance the council’s abilities, and ensure the council mission and standards are met. “I’m very happy to have been elected to this position as president of the Partner Council,” Terry said. “This is a very real opportunity to have a say in the way Pitney Bowes solutions and promotional programs trickle down to the end customer. If it affects the dealerships who are partners, it certainly impacts customers further downstream.”
