Founded in 1967, Camp Sunrise is a year-round Christian camp located in the beautiful foothills of Fairmount, Georgia. We offer dozens of activities for families, teens, and children of all ages!
At Camp Sunrise, visitors and campers alike enjoy train rides, planetarium programs, boating, swimming, zip lining, skeet shooting, rocket building, and so much more! Camp Sunrise offers summer camps, birthday parties, business outings, church retreats, and field trips.
We help people grow spiritually, educationally, socially, and physically—all for God’s glory.
- Spiritually: We share the good news of God's gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. We then teach important truths from the Bible so that believers can grow and mature in their relationship with God.
- Educationally: We teach science and practical life skills in a largely outdoor environment to encourage a greater appreciation for, and good stewardship of, God's creation.
- Socially: We teach practical character skills and create an environment where campers make lasting friendships.
- Physically: We provide wholesome food and recreational activities to develop a healthy person.
