The Twin Ports Spay/Neuter Program has the first spay/neuter clinic in the state of Minnesota to offer services to privately owned animals.
The aim of the program is to dramatically reduce the number of animals in the region that become homeless, enter shelters, and subsequently have to be euthanized.
All veterinary services are provided by Twin Ports Spay/Neuter Clinic, PLLC, an independent, veterinarian-owned medical practice.
