Medical Clinic PC has been providing care to families in Southwest Iowa since 1959. We have 2 family practice doctors, 1 Physician Assistant, 1 Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and 2 Family Nurse Practitioners seeing patients daily in Hamburg, Sidney and Tabor, Iowa.
Dr. Woltemath brings 23 years of experience in Family Medicine. She is board certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and also a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Osteopathic Family Practice. Dr. Woltemath, also a Hamburg resident, takes pride in serving her community and exhibits superb leadership skills.
Dr. Ourada joined the practice in 2009. He received his Family Medicine degree from St. George's School of Medicine. Dr. Ourada also has a law degree. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and brings a strong sense of commitment to his patients.
David Owen is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Medical Clinic PC. He was a flight nurse for LifeNet out of Omaha, NE, providing medical care and transport for critically ill and injured patients. He received his nursing degree from Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing and his Master's of Science from Creighton University in 2005. He has 15 years of emergency and critical care experience. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as many other emergency medical associations.
Jaylene Zanker is a Physicians Assistant at the clinic. She received her doctorate degree in Biomedical Sciences before going on to become a PA. She has worked as an assistant researcher studying Alzheimers disease, stroke, migraine, and Parkinson's disease; much of this data has been published in distinguished scientific journals. She is a member of the American Academy of PAs, as well as other scientific organizations.
Tara Goodman, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, joined the practice in July of 2011. Tara grew up in the Tabor area. She received her nursing degree from Creighton University and her Masters of Nursing degree from The University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has 12 years of experience in pediatrics and is seeing patients from birth to age 21. Tara is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners as well as several other professional organizations.
