BYG also features a Freshaire ERV system, which consistently brings fresh air into and takes stale air out of the room. You can feel good knowing that you have a constant circulation of fresh HOT air during class.
Bikram Yoga Glastonbury is equipped with dressing rooms and showers for your convenience. In 2011, BYG went green and installed a LifeSource whole-house water filter as well, which completely reduces the bad tastes and odors of chlorine and chloramines without removing essential and healthy minerals such as calcium and magnesium.
