Congratulations to Colorado Rep. Leslie Herod of House District 8 (northeast Denver) on her appointment Aug. 10, 2017, by Chief Justice Nancy E. Rice to the Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR) Advisory Committee. Rep. Herod’s extensive experience in social services, criminal justice, mental health and anti-poverty issues helped bring her seats on the House committees on Judiciary, Finance and Legal Services. The ODR Advisory Committee, formed in September 2000, reviews and makes recommendations on the creation, expansion, administration and evaluation of dispute resolution policies and programs throughout Colorado and advises the director of the ODR on policy, procedure and strategy for improving delivery of ODR services.
