We also have the ability to provide free pickup and delivery in order to make it more convenient for customers. We offer a service warranty and guarantee satisfaction 100% of the time. If there is no fix, there is no fee. In many instances, we are also able to provide a 24 hour turnaround time.

Our owner answers all calls, texts, and emails to all customers, regardless of the day or the time. This allows anyone to feel confident that they are being prioritized and that they can have an issue identified quickly. We don’t make anyone talk to a voicemail recording unless absolutely necessary. When that does happen, we provide callbacks quickly.

Our customers are residential as well as commercial, and we work seven days a week. We tried to stand out from the other computer repair companies in Ann Arbor, and we have done this by assisting clients on holidays, late nights, and even weekend at no extra charge. We do not charge a premium for after our services.
