Arrington Roofing shared Air Vent's photo.
The main thing about inadequate and poorly designed ventilation systems is that they are actually quite simple to fix. For a cut up roof like the one pictured, we'd probably replace all these low profile vents with one or two power vents. That's step one, step two is to make sure the intake vents at the eaves matches the exhaust. A retrofit like this could be completed in one day with the right crew. Just because you had the roof replaced a year ago doesn't mean its too late to fix that ventilation problem. The sad thing is so many builders and re-modelers miss this opportunity to help homeowners save money. Thanks to Air Vent and Matthew Williams for the pictures.
A view from the sky of less than ideal attic exhaust ventilation placement and selection. Thanks for sharing this, Matthew Williams (Colorado). Please keep the field photos coming. We love them.

If you think it's expensive to hire a good roofer try hiring a bad one.

At Arrington Roofing we do our best to keep the racket down.

Wondering why it's so much hotter upstairs than downstairs? It could be insufficient attic ventilation.

Maybe Tetris Construction Co. isn't the best choice. #jokeoftheweek
