If a patient needs help filing with their insurance company, we are there to help them do so. All we ask is that the patient provide us with a Drug Reimbursement Form and we will take care of the rest. After the form is submitted, we will mail the patient a copy so that they know it was sent to their insurance company for reimbursement.
