We are also less than an hour from Sierra at Tahoe, a great place for skiing and other Winter activities. During the Spring, local wineries host "The Passport Weekend" when they have an open house at all of the wineries for wine tasting and hors d'oeuvres. In the Summer, stay with us and visit the great American River for whitewater rafting, gold panning and fishing.
