Established in 1996, Assisted Living Services, Inc. provides quality in-home eldercare services and aging-in-place technology solutions to clients and their families throughout Connecticut.
The company today has more than 300 staff and caregivers providing a broad range of home care services to hundreds of customers in 50+ townships in the state. All of our staff employed by us. We withhold all state and federal taxes, withhold and pay Social Security and Medicare taxes, and pay unemployment taxes on wages paid. Employees are bonded and insured, and have Worker's Compensation coverage.
Assisted Living Services is owned and operated by Sharon and Ron D'Aquila. Sharon's previous work experience is with the Connecticut State Police and Ron is a Registered Nurse with over twenty years of acute care, community health and managerial experience.
Between the two of them, they bring the right balance to a business that must focus on reliability, trustworthiness, and high quality service.
