Lupini Construction, Inc. is a family owned business that was started in 1980 and became incorporated in 1983. For the past 36 years, the Lupini Family has raised their business into a reputable and respected contracting firm handling masonry restoration projects from $1, to multi-million dollar contracts.

Lupini Construction, Inc. is involved in the field of masonry restoration and related services. Some of the related services that Lupini Construction, Inc. provides include the restoration of windows, wood, roofing and stained glass just to name a few. We also work very closely in conjunction with other trades that carry out the scopes of work that tie into our primary services. Some of our other services include air barriers, above and below grade waterproofing, caulking and sealants, urethane injection for water incursion, epoxy and urethane flooring, cementitous underlayments, and ornamental stone molding & fabrication, concrete repair procedures by hand or machine-applied repair mortars, epoxy injection and carbon wrap systems.

Lupini Construction Inc. has worked with numerous owners as well as architects and engineers involving all aspects of a project, from the beginning doing intense evaluations of the masonry structure to leak investigation and testing to resolve water infiltration problems, to the full scale drawings and reports which are accompanied by a cost proposal, to the actual performance of the work, Lupini Construction Inc. can provide the entire scope. Lupini Construction Inc. has a technical staff consisting of Scott Lupini, Loren Lenaghen, Adam Brady and Chuck Howgate who together bring to our customers many decades of experience.
