Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc., established in 1958, is a family owned, full service General Contractor located in Highland, IL. Our diverse portfolio of projects over the past 58 years provides us a wealth of construction knowledge that we impart to our ever growing list of clients and repeat customers. Our diversity extends into the commercial building, heavy infrastructure, and utility construction services markets. We accommodate our clients’ needs through various delivery methods: Design-Build, Construction Management, General Contracting, and Pre-Construction Services including feasibility, conceptual and final estimating, value engineering, and cash flow projections.

Our portfolio includes commercial, medical, infrastructure, and industrial facilities such as office buildings, schools, churches, financial buildings, fitness centers, medical offices, hospitals, courthouses, warehouses, and water treatment facilities.
