Owned and operated by Kent and Carrie Wenzel, LoneStar Meat Co. is based on the fundamental principal of processing and retailing the finest quality meats and cheeses in Texas.
Our company is an active member of the Texas Bison Association, the Texas Association of Meat Processors, the American Association of Meat Processors, the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, and the Texas Department of Agriculture GoTexas program.
