Team JAS’ component repair service, JAS ServicesSM, is an FAA (#YJAR8401) and Viking Air FECC (Factory Endorsed Component Center) approved maintenance repair station dedicated to providing our customers with superior service and cost-effective solutions. Our wide range of capabilities cover the entire airframe including hydraulic systems, fuel systems, flight control surfaces, main and nose landing gear systems, wheels and brakes. The Team JAS standard of excellence has made it a trusted name in the Twin Otter community for quality, value, and prompt turnarounds on component maintenance, repairs, and overhauls.

JAS Engineered Solutions sm
Our exclusive line of Twin Otter parts are engineered, manufactured, and distributed solely by Team JAS. In addition to standard consumable parts and components, we engineer and manufacture hard to find parts. Team JAS’ quality control ensures that our JAS Engineered SolutionsSM parts and components are of the highest quality, fully interchangeable with OEM equivalents, and in accordance with all FAA and TCCA regulations. Our team includes two well-trained, qualified FAA Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representatives (DMIR) to approve 8130s on shipments of PMA parts to international customers, providing same-day service.
